Jasmine Oolong

This Jasmine Oolong is a lightly oxidized oolong produced on a small tea farm in Mộc Châu, Sơn La Province. After harvest, the tea leaves are sun-dried and shaken in traditional bamboo drums before withering and drum-firing. The leaves are then rolled and dried up to ten times to create their ball-shaped form before they are sent to Hanoi to be carefully blended with jasmine flowers. During this process, the tea leaves are layered with jasmine buds overnight, then separated and layered again. This meticulous cycle is repeated for several nights until the tea becomes fully infused with the fragrance of jasmine. It is becoming increasingly harder to find naturally scented jasmine tea produced in this traditional way due to the skill and time required to create such an exceptionally fragrant tea. Cold brew this tea in our Hario Cold Brew Tea Bottle

-Tea: add 10g 
-Water: fill the bottle with fresh cold water and make sure the silicone top is properly placed on the glass bottle so that the water does not absorb any odors from your refrigerator
-Time: Steeping times vary depending on the type of tea and your preferred taste, but we recommend to brew the tea for at least 3 hours or leave overnight in your refrigerator
-Re-steep tea and add more cold water, if desired
