Shipping & Returns
Your order will be processed and ready to ship in 2-4 business days upon payment. Once shipped, orders typically take 1-5 days to reach their destination unless otherwise noted. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by an email with the shipping information.
Orders will be shipped according to you specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping. If you have not received your package, please file a claim within 30 days via USPS with the tracking information provided in shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. Returns will be processed in the form in which payment was received. All customers are responsible for the return shipping label and costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of these items, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as teas, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and shoes and garments that have already been worn. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item such as if they arrived damaged or defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on teas, sale items or gift cards.
