Located at an altitude of nearly 1,400 meters above sea level, Suoi Giàng is home to ancient, wild tea trees grown on forested mountain slopes that have been tended to by Hmong families for hundreds of years. These old trees grow in nutrient-dense soil, producing leaves with complex flavor compounds that unfold over many steepings.
