This green oolong goes through an extensive process from harvest to cup. After harvesting, the tea leaves are left in the sun to lightly oxidize. They are then rolled and dried before entering the roasting stage, where they are gently roasted for about an hour and then allowed to rest. This cycle of roasting and resting is repeated multiple times over the course of three months. Packaging size: 50g (about 14 servings with multiple steepings per serving)
