Handmade by artist Yuxuan Li, each piece is uniquely one-of-a-kind and slightly different due to the nature of handmade art. 

The pieces from her Shangri-La collection is inspired by a small, nameless lake at the foot of Xiannairi Mountain in Shangri-La, Sichuan, China.
Hidden among snow-capped peaks, the misty lake is crystal clear, cold, and rich with green hues. Revered as sacred by the local Tibetans, it is a place where only yaks are allowed to enter.

The Shangri-La Collection is dedicated to the spirit and traditions of the Tibetan people.

LE SEL is a contemporary jewelry label founded by Yuxuan Li in San Francisco in 2020 and relocated to New York in 2024. Inspired by her explorations of bodies of water around the world, Yuxuan draws on the subtle variations in sound, shape, color, texture, temperature, and volume. Through this sensorial journey, she has developed the idea that the waters adorning Mother Earth can also become natural adornments for the human body.

All pieces are handmade by Yuxuan Li, each bearing its own distinct details. She works primarily with Italian borosilicate glass to evoke the fluidity of water—its droplets, streams, and shimmering surfaces. Natural gemstones are thoughtfully incorporated to introduce crystalline textures and a play of light.
